PSM floor scales for livestock weighing are mobile floor scales specially designed for
the livestock and slaughtering industry.
The new steel structure of the scale, with different types of load cell installation and
protection.
Equipped with four high-precision load cells and newly-designed intelligent weighing
indicator to form the whole system, the system is highly accurate, rapid
weighing, stable and reliable, and is particularly suitable for weighing various
kinds of live animals. It is especially suitable for weighing all kinds of live
animals.
Single-side remote door opening structure with two-point locking.
- The load cells are laser-welded and sealed with IP68 protection, and the cables of
the load cells and indicators are protected by metal sleeves, which provide
excellent protection against moisture, corrosion and rodent bites.
-Mobile livestock scales with lightweight platform and convenient tilting
mechanism, capable of being used in a variety of applications such as column
weighing, animal growth inspection, etc
Intelligent weighing indicators
The instrument utilizes a unique dynamic animal weighing algorithm that allows for
accurate dynamic weighing even when the animal is moving on the scale.
The indicator can be connected to a card reader through the serial port to collect
livestock ear tags and transmit them in real time to the PLC or host computer
through serial port, WIFI, Ethernet and other data transmission methods to
obtain the weight of the animal easily.
The indicator supports 32G of internal storage space to save the weighing records,
USB drive to export the weighing records or web page to export the weighing
records, AISI304
stainless steel case, IP66/67 protection level.
Power supply: 100 - 240V AC or built-in rechargeable battery.
